Hex Bolts & Screws
Full thread and part thread hexagon head bolts, cap screws, and machine screws.
M3 – M64 · DIN 931 / 933A fabrication job rarely needs pipe alone. It needs the bolts that hold the flanges, the angles and channels that carry the structure, the circles cut for a dished end, and the plastic bushes that stop metal wearing on metal.
We supply all of these from one source, in matching grades and with the same mill test certification – so a single enquiry covers the whole requirement and one delivery arrives at site.
From flange bolting in B7 and B8M to general hardware in stainless and high-tensile steel.

For carbon steel flanges in general and high-temperature service, ASTM A193 B7 studs with A194 2H nuts are the usual combination. For stainless piping use B8 or B8M (304 / 316) studs with matching 8 or 8M nuts, and for low-temperature service A320 L7. We supply complete stud-and-nut sets to suit the flange size and class.
A2 is 304-type stainless and A4 is 316-type, which contains molybdenum for much better resistance to chlorides – so A4 is the choice near the sea, in swimming pools and in chemical plants. The number is the strength: A2-70 is 700 MPa tensile, A4-80 is 800 MPa.
Yes. Alongside project quantities we supply small lots and single pieces for maintenance and repair work – a few bolts, one cut circle, a metre of angle or a short length of nylon rod.
Yes, sections are cut to your length list. Circles, rings and profile-cut parts are produced to your diameters or DXF drawing.
Yes – L-type, J-type and plate-anchor foundation bolts, long studs, special-length threaded rod and made-to-drawing fasteners can be produced in the grade you specify.
Nylon (PA6) is tough, wear resistant and self-lubricating, and suits bushes, rollers and gears. PTFE has the lowest friction and is chemically inert but softer, so it suits seals, slide pads and valve seats. Polypropylene is for chemical resistance rather than wear – tanks, ducting and pickling equipment.
Fasteners, sections, circles, rings or plastics – send the list and we'll quote it together with your pipes, plates and bars.
